The fully automatic piston filling machine adopts a piston metering filling principle. The bottle feeding, positioning, filling, and discharging are all automatically controlled by PLC, in compliance with GMP standards. It is suitable for liquid filling in the pharmaceutical, food, daily chemicals, pesticide, and fine chemical industries. The filling range and speed can be customized with different filling head counts based on user requirements.

7: Easy to clean, can be disassembled without tools, and can be online cleaned or sterilized at high temperature
8: PLC programmable control, using Siemens from German
9: Pneumatic components are from AIRTAC, Taiwan
10: The equipment's outer shell is made of SUS 304# stainless steel
11: Equipped with a glass protective cover that meets hygiene and safety standards
