1. Advanced Heating System:
The heating system for plastic/composite tubes uses a Swiss heating head. Hot air is blown into the tube to evenly heat the inner wall, while the outer wall is cooled with circulating water to prevent deformation. This significantly enhances sealing strength and batch coding quality.
2. Sealing and Coding Mechanism:
Driven by a pneumatic cylinder, the reciprocating scissor mechanism seals the heated tube and embosses the production batch number and date. Due to the even internal and external heating, the sealed end is clear, durable, and pressure-resistant, ensuring product quality and brand reputation.
3. Tail Trimming Device:
After sealing and coding, the tube tail may not be perfectly even. A trimming unit with a fixed blade and a pneumatically-driven angled moving blade neatly cuts the tail, improving appearance and presentation.
4. Transmission System:
Powered by a motor and turbine reducer with variable frequency control, the turntable makes intermittent motion through the indexing device. Each of the 10 clamps on the table rotates evenly. Once tubes are manually loaded, material is filled automatically. The filling system uses mechanical drive with adjustable metering screws to achieve ±1% accuracy. The filling nozzle is designed with an insert-style nozzle and lift cylinder to prevent dripping.
As the tube moves through each station, internal heating, sealing, coding, trimming, and ejection are completed in sequence. The machine performs one full cycle per indexing step, with a maximum output of 30 tubes per minute.
All functions—filling, internal/external heating, sealing, trimming, and ejection—are controlled via the indexing mechanism and solenoid valves.
