Production Introduction:

The Manual Capping Machine consists of three main parts: the capping gun body, rotary endshield, and file transformer. It is compact and easy to carry. The operation process is simple: place the capping head over the bottle cap, connect it to the capping gun body, and press the button. The capping head will rotate and apply slight downward pressure, tightening the cap in approximately 0.3 to 0.5 seconds. Once the bottle cap is tightened, the card head will automatically stop rotating, indicating that you can proceed to the next capping operation. The torque can be adjusted by turning the torque adjusting nut, and the adjustable clutch effectively prevents cap damage and reduces wear on internal components. With consistent torque, the machine ensures uniform capping quality.

The Manual Capping Gun is highly versatile, capable of handling screw caps ranging from φ10 mm to φ50 mm. It is suitable for a variety of caps, including aerosol and wind oily essence-shaped covers.
