Perfume filling employs vacuum filling principles. Since actual glass bottle capacities vary slightly, uniform filling volumes would result in inconsistent liquid levels. Our production line utilizes vacuum level-equalizing filling to ensure identical liquid positions in every bottle. Mold adjustments suffice for bottle changes. Filling nozzles feature anti-drip mechanisms.

Manually position the mid-range, then automatically press it into place. |

Finished products are automatically retrieved onto the conveyor belt, which can be connected to other equipment downstream. |
